Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your statutory rights come first

If a product we deliver is defective, deficient, spurious, not as described on this website, or delivered late, we take it back and refund you in full, whatever else this policy says. Returning a product you no longer want

Because these are medicines, we can accept a change-of-mind return only if the pack is:

sealed and unopened, with its tamper-evident seal intact;

Cancelling an order

How refunds are paid
